Monastrell was never so elegant and complex as in this atypical find of a wine! Own-rooted vines that have never suffered the depredations of the Phylloxera louse. Where so many Monastrells from Jumilla come rough and ripe like simple syrup, Stratum Wines picks earlier, with an eye on the acidity and a fresher set of fruit flavors than most, with delicate earthy accents.
