This profound aged Dolcetto is the work of Guido and Igiea Zampaglione in Piedmont's cooler Monferrato district. Made with purely organic practices in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar, the Dolcetto's ability to produce intense, dark fruit and structure is on full display, together with the sandy soil notes of the vineyard and complexity of the all-natural yeast.
