Made from the classic Croatian variety Posip, the wine shows powerful, punchy aromas ranging from peaches through almond butter, salty minerals, to rosemary herbs. All these flavors are carried with unusual persistance due to the extended skin contact, giving the wine an intense texture and a long finish. A fine pair for halibut, crab, seafood pasta, pork, or fowl with exotic spices. It's no mystery why Zlatan call this their "Vrhunsko Vino" (Top Wine).
